We will discuss what is realistic for your specific situation in your consultation. We do not publish a success rate, because a single number tells you very little about your own case.

Costs

Because a single figure would be incomplete. We show you how costs are structured and give you a written breakdown after your consultation, without requiring you to negotiate for it.

Legal and international

We cannot answer that, and we would be careful with anyone who answers it quickly. In the United States it depends on your state. You need independent legal advice from an attorney qualified where you live.

No. Independent representation means the attorney advising you works for you, not for us.

Because the rules differ by state, and an answer that is correct in one may be wrong in another.

After the birth

Several parties do, and we will map out which is which.
Documentation for your child as a citizen of your country is processed by your own government.
